Type/Hierachy Lecture

Today we started our studio class of with a lecture on type. As we have all been held up on producing composition imagery and visuals I found that I hadn't considered the type in my brochure as much. Therefore i found this lecture very helpful and also learnt a lot about Type and Hierachy that i did not know beforehand.
After the Hierachy type/font exercise - I went and used it into my grid on in design which completely transformed my mock up brochures which i felt really pushed my designs that much further and also gave y brochure structure which i was having trouble with previously.
I am feeling positive about my designs and am going to keep pushing them visually and aesthetically throughout developing each page and spread.
